Summer Sculpt & Strength Challenge
4 Seasons
This is a 4 week program that is designed to get you ready for Summer and help you to feel CONFIDENT, STRONG, challenge your MIND and BODY and to FEEL GOOD in your own skin. Each week we'll be taking a hybrid approach to training including; strength training, low intensity pilates-inspired burn, endurance, and functional movement workouts to build lean muscle and definition to get you ready for all your Summer adventures. Let's do this!!
Each week's workouts will go live Sunday at 10pm MST so that you can start off strong on Monday morning.
