THIS PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO PREPARE AND STRENGTHEN YOUR BODY FOR THE SKI SEASON AHEAD SO THAT YOU CAN PERFORM BETTER ON THE SLOPES, STAY OUT LONGER, FEEL MORE CONFIDENT AND REDUCE THE RISK OF INJURY.
IT FOCUSES ON BUILDING STRENGTH, STABILITY, ENDURANCE, MOBILITY, AND FLEXIBILITY IN KEY MUSCLE GROUPS - PARTICULARLY THE LOWER BODY, CORE, AND BACK. THIS PROGRAM WILL ALSO HELP IMPROVE CARDIOVASCULAR FITNESS AND ENHANCE AGILITY.
